Van Sales
Field sales activity, customer visits, order capture, and related supported tasks.
Solutions
Connect field execution with the operational workflows that manage distribution.
Connected Field Operations
Four field roles share one operating model. Each role covers the activities it supports.
Field sales activity, customer visits, order capture, and related supported tasks.
Customer visits and order capture before fulfillment, where supported.
Execute assigned deliveries and complete supported delivery-related activities.
Record supported field collection activity.
Field Execution
01
Complete supported sales work during the customer visit.
02
Record the order before fulfillment, when that role is used.
03
Carry out the deliveries assigned for the route.
04
Record collection against outstanding amounts in the field.
Central Management + Field Execution
Supported field activity is managed within the wider DMS operational context.
Codithic DMS is the core management platform for supported distributor operations, including master data, planning, orders, inventory, delivery, collection, reconciliation, reporting, and administration. Codithic SFA is mobile-first field execution for Van Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Collector. Field activity is managed within that DMS context.

Within DMS operations
Mobile-first field execution for supported roles such as Van Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Collector.
Van Sales
Van Sales supports the visit, order creation, stock check, delivery when van stock is available, collection, and closeout. Not every step happens on every visit.
Assigned Customer → Visit Customer → Create Order → Check Current Stock → Deliver if Van Stock Available → Collect Payment → Reconciliation → Unload
A van sales order can be delivered when the required stock is in the van.
An existing order may follow the delivery process instead.
Presales
Presales supports the visit and order capture before fulfillment. The order then connects to DMS order management, planning, and delivery.
Assigned Customer → Visit Customer → Take Order → Presales Order → DMS Order Management → Planning / Delivery
Order capture and delivery are separate. A presales order is not delivered on that same visit.
Delivery
Delivery planning starts from existing or predefined orders. Confirmation, returns, reconciliation, and unloading apply where that operation uses them.
Existing / Predefined Order → Delivery Planning → Delivery Assignment → Load Request → Delivery → Confirmation → Status → Return Collection → Reconciliation → Unload
Confirm the delivery as part of completing it.
Confirm the delivery through an email or SMS code where messaging is configured for the deployment.
Collection
Field teams can record collection against outstanding amounts. The record stays in DMS, and cashier settlement is completed in DMS.
Outstanding Invoice → Field Collection → DMS → Cashier Settlement → Reconciliation
Field collection records the activity. Cashier settlement is a separate DMS step.
Operational Closeout
Where returns or replacements are part of the work, they stay connected to inventory and operational reconciliation.
Van Sales → Return / Replacement → Reconciliation → Unload
Delivery → Return Collection → Reconciliation → Unload
Reconciliation here is operational reconciliation. It applies where the role includes closeout.
Connected Distribution Operations
Supported work can move from field activity, to operational recording of the relevant order, delivery, collection, return, or status, and then to operational closeout through reconciliation and unloading where applicable. Different field roles may follow different paths.
01
Supported customer visits and field execution.
02
Relevant order, delivery, collection, return, or status records.
03
Reconciliation and unloading where applicable.
Different field roles may follow different paths. Not every activity belongs in one sequence.
